Poodlebleed.com is written and edited by two long-standing collaborators who first met in 2014 while working on the POODLE SSL 3.0 vulnerability. Between them they cover the legal, regulatory and technical sides of modern information security.

David specialises in legal compliance, regulation and EU law, with a particular focus on how data protection, cyber security and emerging technology rules apply in practice. He advises organisations on aligning technical controls with statutory and regulatory obligations, and writes for Poodlebleed.com on the legal frameworks that shape modern information security.

Cyber security, blockchain & computer science

Based in Malta

Stephen specialises in cyber security, blockchain and computer science. His work covers applied cryptography, distributed systems and the practical security of production environments. On Poodlebleed.com he contributes technical analysis, vulnerability commentary and explainers on the engineering behind blockchain and secure-by-design systems.
